Curtis Martin

Curtis Martin is the founder and CEO of FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, one of the fastest-growing college outreach apostolates in the Catholic Church. Archbishop Charles Chaput of Philadelphia has stated, "No one does a more dynamic job of reaching college students for Christ than FOCUS." Curtis is an award-winning speaker and author who uses humor, stories and his own experiences to communicate how faith is lived out in everyday life.


Michaelann Martin

Michaelann Martin, a gifted author, teacher, wife and mother, uses her wisdom and insight to share a practical vision for finding fulfillment in life. Her engaging personality and abundant energy has captured the attention of audiences across North America. Through humor, Biblical principles and stories from her own captivating life experiences, Michaelann helps people to see how faith in God applies to everyday trials and joys.  She helps to equip her audience with the tools to experience the fullness of life and happiness beyond imagination.



John Zimmer

John Zimmer is vice president of apostolic development at FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. John graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Washington in Seattle and holds a master's degree in business from the University of Denver. Prior to joining FOCUS, John worked in corporate technology sales and restaurant management. As a campus missionary, he served as the campus director at the University of Northern Colorado and established the FOCUS outreach at the University of Colorado in Boulder. John speaks and teaches throughout the country on Christian leadership, evangelization and apologetics. He and his wife, Barbara, live in Centennial, Colorado, with their seven children.


Kevin Cotter

Kevin Cotter serves FOCUS as the director of Curriculum. Previously, Kevin served on campus as a FOCUS missionary at Benedictine College. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the Benedictine College and a master’s degree in sacred Scripture from the Augustine Institute. He is the author of "Through the Year with Pope Francis," "A Year of Mercy with Pope Francis" and "Pope Francis and the Joy of the Family." Kevin currently resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife, Lisa, and their children.
