7 AM – Good morning! Oh boy I LOVE Thursdays! 

Hello friends. How have you been since our rendezvous in Orlando? From what I hear, it’s been a pretty exciting time on and off campus. But now, a month later, the retreat high might be wearing off, our friends might not understand our new lifestyle, and we might be getting a little discouraged. It might be a good time for a little reminder of what inspired us so much at SEEK.

Wednesday

7 AM – Time to get up again, but because it's the same time every day I don't even set my alarm anymore. :)

Tuesday

7 AM - Rise and shine and give God the glory, glory! Shower, makeup, and my spinach shake (Don't knock it till you've tried it!)

Monday

7 AM - Rise and shine! Thank the good Lord for this day, and my roommate ALWAYS asks how I slept. :) This seven o'clock hour is filled with a shower, makeup, and a good egg breakfast.

The combination of the president’s inauguration speech and the anniversary of Roe v. Wade this week serves as a drastic wake-up call to the current state of our country.

Many college students get stressed out about their vocational discernment. Are you one of them? You don’t have to be.

At the beginning of this month, FOCUS gathered thousands of college students at SEEK 2013 in Orlando, Florida at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel. Highlights from the conference include world class Catholic speakers like Matthew Kelly and Leah Darrow along with daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration and Confession. Over 5,000 attendees participated in Eucharistic Adoration while 3,000 to 4,000 students went to confession with 150 priests.
