What is your favorite part of working in Mission Development?
As a highly committed and passionate advocate for Catholic ministry in higher education, I have observed FOCUS evolve into the premier ministry of Evangelization on college and university campuses over the past thirteen years. The FOCUS missionaries are the “hands and feet” for the Chaplains on campus and helping bringing Christ to people and people to Christ.

What is your favorite part of working in Mission Development?
I began with FOCUS as a missionary both because I saw FOCUS change students’ lives (including mine) by drawing them deeper into a relationship with God the Father and because, to me, FOCUS was the most strategic and practical way to spread the Gospel and transform parishes. Today, with FOCUS’ continued growth in breadth and effectiveness, I believe this even more strongly today. It is an honor and blessing to share with our supporters how their generosity furthers the Church’s mission to spread the Gospel, and to hear how God has worked in their lives.

What do you like best about working in Mission Development?
FOCUS changes lives by introducing college students to Jesus Christ. I am doubly blessed - to serve this mission and to meet and invite amazing people to partner with us to change the culture.

What is your favorite part of working in Mission Development?
I love serving FOCUS through the ministry of development because I enjoy building friendships with our benefactors, helping discern their interests, and assisting them in achieving their philanthropic goals.

I feel greatly blessed to awaken each morning knowing I will labor on behalf of what I believe is THE most effective ministry I've experienced in 30 years of working in the Catholic Church.

What do you like best about working in Mission Development?
I love working in Mission Development because I love people and I love stories. The Lord allows me to meet with people who have accomplished far more than I and have absolutely beautiful stories to tell. I get to listen to them tell me about their lives and their journey to God and hopefully to bring them close to Christ through our meetings.

What do you like best about working in Mission Development?
My favorite part of working in Mission Development is meeting new people. I love being able to work for and represent an organization I am passionate about. It is an incredible blessing to be able to share with others a mission that has personally changed your life and is currently changing the lives of thousands of students across the country. When I meet new people I get to tell them about something I love and invite them to be a part of it as well, not everyone can say that about their job.
