I serve at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln! Go Big Red!

During my senior year of high school, I lost my mom to cancer. Just 6 months later I was packing my bags and heading to college. I was searching for something to fill my loss and found my sorority. I instantly had sisters and a family away from home. However, I also fell into the temptations of partying, drinking, and living for myself. I soon realized that there had to be more to life than this harmful life style. My roommate, Olivia, was part of FOCUS and kept asking me to attend a Bible study. After attending and learning about the Catholic Church and her teachings, I soon realized that Jesus and His Church is the truth. Just 1 year later I converted and was confirmed Catholic.

After finding my faith, I learned how to enjoy all of the benefits that my sorority had to offer while living out my faith and avoiding temptations. I wanted to share the same truth with my sorority sisters so I began to lead Bible studies in our house. God has now called me to continue to show His light by working with FOCUS as a full time missionary.

Please join me in this mission to show God’s light to the students at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. FOCUS has shown me that Jesus can bring light to even the darkest of places, and I pray that I can continue to spread this knowledge to other college students.
