The good Lord has called this Texas girl from the big city to the mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona to serve at Northern Arizona University.
The Lord blessed me abundantly with a wonderful Catholic family and Catholic education. However, I did not always accept these gifts, and lived a life quite contrary to His will during my high school years. After a dramatic car accident, I realized how unstable life was when I was in control of the wheel. I gave my heart to Jesus Christ and committed to following His plans instead of my own. He has made every moment an adventure and I have never been happier!
I got involved with FOCUS my freshman year of college. They helped me understand how to share the love of Jesus most effectively. Through small group bible studies, discipleship, and authentic friendships, we were blessed to see others began to give Christ their hearts and live for Him. After working with FOCUS for four years as a Student Leader at Baylor University, I accepted the call to work full time for them as a missionary. This is my dream job, and I am overjoyed to say the least!
As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. All for the glory of God and His Kingdom!
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I've been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. Mission partners make it possible for me to:
If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you (call me at 7132400913 or email [email protected]) and I will schedule an appointment. I'd be honored to share this mission with you.
We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on …
