Where I serve

God has chosen to take me home through country roads to serve at my Mountain Mama, West Virginia University, for my first year on staff. I am excited to be working with the 30,000 students in Morgantown, WV this academic year.

My Story

I first encountered FOCUS Missionaries during my undergrad at Saint John's University my sophomore year. At first, I was comfortable with what I thought was the Catholic faith and was perfectly fine with my understanding of spirituality. So when I met these missionaries, I was unsure I wanted a deeper, intimate relationship with Christ. This calling to a deeper relationship actually scared me, so I was very hesitant to say yes. After a few years, I saw the authentic friendships the missionaries were pursuing with other men, and that became attractive to me. I wanted to have friends to pray with, play games with, and have meaningful conversations with people I could trust. These missionaries were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a friends and also encouraged others to pursue the Lord in prayer. Eventually I decided to join them, and after a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit on a spiritual bootcamp, it was clear to me that I God was calling me to missionary life through FOCUS. God placed in my heart a zeal for souls through friendships with others that are founded on His Son, Jesus, and I can't wait to share His great commission with students on the college campus.

Your Impact

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I've been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I'd be honored to share this mission with you.
