Curtis Martin is the President and Founder of FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students, one of the fastest growing programs in the Catholic Church. Archbishop Charles Chaput of Denver stated, "No one does a more dynamic job of reaching college students for Christ than FOCUS." He is an award winning speaker and author who uses humor, stories, and his own life experiences to communicate how faith in God is lived out in everyday life.

Michaelann Martin, a gifted author, teacher, wife and mother, uses her wisdom and insight to share a practical vision for finding fulfillment in life. Her engaging personality and abundant energy has captured the attention of audiences across North America. Through humor, Biblical principles and stories from her own captivating life experiences, Michaelann helps people to see how faith in God applies to everyday trials and joys. She helps to equip her audience with the tools to experience the fullness of life and happiness beyond imagination.

John Zimmer is Vice President of Training, Formation and Leadership Development at FOCUS – The Fellowship of Catholic University Students. John graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington in Seattle, and holds a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Denver.  Prior to joining FOCUS, John worked in corporate technology sales and restaurant management. As a campus missionary, he served as the Campus Director at the University of Northern Colorado and established the FOCUS outreach at the University of Colorado in Boulder. John speaks and teaches throughout the country on Christian leadership, evangelization and apologetics. He and his wife, Barbara, live in Greeley, Colorado, with their five children.

Lisa Cotter is a nationally sought after speaker on the topics of dating, marriage, motherhood, and femininity. While balancing sound theology with humor and practical insights, Lisa inspires audiences of all ages. Her work has been featured by Lighthouse Catholic Media, YDisciple, and The Chastity Project. She is a graduate of Benedictine College, where she earned degrees in Theology and Youth Ministry. Since 2007, she and her husband, Kevin, have served FOCUS as a family. When Lisa is not speaking, she is busy playing with her three young children and trying to avoid laundry.

John LaBarbara

John LaBarbara was raised in a family that did not attend church. He came to Christ at the age of 14 while reading the Bible and has had a deep love of Scripture ever since. He graduated summa cum laude from Simpson University with a BA in Biblical Literature and a minor in Missions, which was followed by an intensive study of New Testament Greek at Fuller Theological Seminary. Having spent more than 25 years as evangelical Protestants, John and his wife Angela came to the Catholic faith convicted by their study of the early Church Fathers and Church history. As a speaker, John draws from his extensive ministerial and entrepreneurial experiences to motivate and challenge young adult and professional audiences to pursue their passions with excellence. He has been an adjunct professor of Sacred Scripture at the Denver Catholic Biblical School since 2007 and serves full-time as the Vice President of Operations for FOCUS, the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. John and Angela, who have been married for 28 years and have 5 children ages 15-24, live in Lakewood, Colorado.
