My time in college was defined by authentic Christian friendships that changed the trajectory of my life forever. Searching for friends, God opened the doors that I was asking for, but under the condition that they were going to be friends through Him. Those people, especially the men in my fraternity, left such a lasting impact on me and my life in a time when most people fall away from their faith, that I felt the urge to pay it forward, and used as much of my time as an undergraduate as I could to walk with other college students in their pursuit of Jesus. Because of my college experience, I found my identity and meaning in my Catholic faith and experienced the true joy that a relationship with Jesus brings someone. I found purpose in being able to walk with college students in their faith, so when God called me to continue this work with FOCUS after leaving school, I responded to his calling without hesitation.

At Georgia Tech, I have found so much joy in being able to walk alongside the men on campus in their individual faith journeys. My first year on mission was marked with incredible stories of transformation, hope, and a burning passion for Jesus Christ from men in the most formative years of their lives.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
