I serve at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, Go Red Flash!! You can typically find me drinking coffee, playing cards or board games, or going on spontaneous adventures.

I love talking about Jesus and how I grew to know Him, so feel free to ask and I would love to tell you my story!

I began to truly know Jesus Christ in high school. I met Him through my youth minister as well as my friends who I attended youth group with. I started going to youth group mainly because it was fun and the people there had this immense joy in their lives, even when they were stressed or upset about school that I really desired. It took some time, but I eventually figured out that that JOY came from Jesus Christ! I decided that I wanted to pursue Him and continue that relationship with Him in college.

Going to the University of Iowa, I made a point to meet people at our Newman Center right away. I was hoping to continue having my “Jesus friends” in college and the Newman Center seemed like the perfect place to do that. The first weekend on campus, I met one of our FOCUS missionaries, Monica. I had no idea at the time what that meant, but was excited to just meet someone who was equally as excited to meet me. Shortly after, I got invited into a bible study and began to slowly open my heart more and more to Jesus Christ. I was convicted of His deep and personal love for me and experienced that love through the Sacraments, daily dedication to prayer, and diving more deeply into Scripture.

The missionaries I met in college truly transformed my life; through living life with us, deeply investing in a few, loving them well, and teaching them to do the same, our Newman Center was transformed. People not only knew OF Jesus, but they were growing in intimacy with Him. I cannot wait to continue this mission on SFU’s campus!

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus and are supporting me in this mission.
