Where I serve

My first year on staff I served at Ramapo College in Mahwah, New Jersey. Now, for my second year on staff, the Lord has called me to Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio!

My Story

I was told that college is the time to have deep conversations and make lifelong friends--by sophomore year I became exhausted by the lack of both! I allowed myself to go on a retreat where I was stunned by the inviting community who taught me that God is love itself.

To continue investigating the genuine nature of this group, I agreed to attend a large Catholic Conference called SEEK2015. There, I heard Jennifer Fulwiler, an atheist convert, assert that her dad's lifelong encouragement of "seek truth and question assumptions" was a large part of what led her to convert to Catholicism! This was the first time I had ever associated religion with Truth, and while at mass on this trip, I encountered the radical love, joy, and freedom that Jesus so desperately wants for us!

Through prayer and the community of striving Catholics I found in college, God has been continually drawing me in to discover freedom through pure love, and to live confidently with joy. He wants this for every person that he has put on this earth, I am eager to share God's unending love with all I encounter!

Your Impact

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners.

"Some give by going, others go by giving."

If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you--I'd be honored to share this mission with you!
