I am currently in my second year with FOCUS as a missionary at the University of Nebraska Omaha! I am so excited to see what Jesus has in store for the students I’ll be serving!

As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus during my time at Kansas State University. It was specifically through a FOCUS missionary and FOCUS’s model of discipleship that I was shown how to live out a true relationship with Christ in daily prayer, receiving the sacraments, and living out authentic Christian community. As a result, I experienced so much joy in my time at college, and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus own example to find the best method of reaching the world. God has continued to surprise me with his goodness, and I cannot wait to see the blessings He has in store for me and my students this year!

In saying “yes” to God’s invitation to pursue Him and others through being a missionary with FOCUS, I willingly made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission.
