Where I serve

George Washington University, District of Columbia

I serve at GW "gee-dub" in the middle of bustling downtown DC. We've got 11,000 undergrad and I'm honored to serve the hearts, minds and good people of our ROTC community, Newman Catholic Center, and the many beautiful students I've met along the way here in DC.

My Story

Wow, if you think God's painted a crazy picture with the men and women of history we've got to sit down for coffee. I've got a crazy and yet so beautifully locally-woven story intertwined with the many souls of saints, sinners, and those in-between of whom history, the present, and future God has hand-picked to cross paths for a time such as this.

I've been struck again each day by the fact that Jesus meets me on my level, desires my heart (and yours) and I hope to catch the ordinary moments of campus life with the great men and women of GW and invite them to draw near to Christ with me.

I want to share reality plain and simple: God desires you to become a great saint.

So, today, tomorrow, and for the remainder of my time on this earth (and beyond??) I plan to make friends, lead them to encounter the Living God, and to to receive Christ and His ABUNDANT love. I hope you'll join me!

I really do believe Christ is gathering souls to Himself in EVERY generation and that God is very desirous that our college students might not despair and settle for the very broken hook-up and drinking culture but might be raised up by the Father Himself to be eternal Sons and Daughters, rich beyond comparison and called to a glory we truly can't fathom. I know my vision of heaven is dim compared to what God has maintained throughout history, so I entrust it all to Him. I entrust all to Jesus, these students, this campus, my life.

It was through my friends who invested in me in college that I was able to experience myself that Christ loves me undeniably, so tangibly, every day and with each • present • moment.

Most valuable takeaways from college: There's nothing worth holding back from God who loves me so completely, so purely, and with totality.

If you're lucky, you'll catch me whisking around DC grabbing a latte, hitting up the local art supply store, or catching the Capital Crescent Trail on my bike. There's nothing that brings me more joy than when one of my gals joins me for early Saturday Mass and then hits the trails in the surrounding DMV area or take a quick drive down the GW Parkway to Old Town Alexandria to hit up the local farmer's market.

If you're new to campus or are looking to connect, let's grab coffee. I wanna hear your story and share mine. Grab your metro card or your hiking boots, let's go!!

Your Impact

Thank you for all the men and women, families, and parishioners from my local community in Colorado and around the country who support me in this work here in DC.

Right now I'm still in need of bold men and women to join me and support me financially. I'd be honored if you'd join my team with a monthly gift as a mission partner or with a special financial gift.

Invest deeply in souls, those investments go beyond brick and mortar, beyond the stock market, beyond our years. Invest in our college students, our youth, and you can change whole civilizations. Invest in me and the students of GW and watch God make fruitful what was thought barren: Christ on the college campus?

Fruitful. With Christ there is always fruit, so thank you for placing your trust in God and offering Him your financial gift for this mission. I'm honored to be a part of it.
