I have been all over the place in my 13 years with FOCUS. I started out as a missionary on campus at North Dakota State University for one year. Then, I became the Team Director at Ball State University for two years. Apparently Indiana wasn’t far enough East for me, so I served as a Regional Director in the East Area for 9 years. This year I’m embarking on a new adventure in the East serving as a Director of Collegiate Outreach (DCO). As a DCO, I will serve 25 campuses in the East as I work with Team Directors and Regional Directors. As a DCO, I get to be a missionary to the missionaries and work with over 100 missionaries so they are free to serve their students!

After working in Campus Ministry for two years at my alma mater, the University of Wisconsin – Madison, I felt the Lord nudging me toward FOCUS. He placed on my heart a desire to go on mission for Him and invite students into relationship with Him. 13 years later and there’s nothing I’d rather be doing than serving Jesus as a missionary. I often wake up in the morning in disbelief that He has called me to this work!

This mission is needed in the world more today than ever before, but I cannot do it alone!
