I am so excited that God has called me to serve college students through FOCUS— Fellowship of Catholic University Students. After moving from my home state of West Virginia, I served for three years at Boise State University and two years as the Team Director at the University of Southern California. I am excited to now be working in my first year as a Digital Outreach Missionary! Please pray for my husband, James, son, Dominic, and our Digital Outreach team as we live the adventure and trust The Way!

Missionaries brought me the virtue of hope in my college years. They showed me the profound joy and fulfillment that Christ brings to our lives. Now, as a missionary myself, my greatest desire is to bring this same hope, joy, and fulfillment in Christ to all of the students I encounter. 

In Jesus’s ministry on earth, He humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity. He spent most of His time investing deeply in the people He encountered. I look to Jesus own example to find the best method of reaching the world as I strive to reach out to, invest in, and equip college students myself.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. Mission partners make it possible for us, as missionaries, to serve our students generously and freely. If we have that freedom, we can bring more souls to know truth, beauty, and goodness in this life, through Christ.
